& KNOW: An Accessible Theology Event for Women
“Be still and know that I am god.”
It’s a verse that seems simple, but it packs a punch. Once we’re still (that’s hard enough!), we have a job to do: To know that God is God. What does that even mean? Enter theology: The study of the nature of God. We need more than stillness—we need good theology. We need to know what God is like! Can you imagine anything more needed in the lives of women than stillness—and then knowledge of God to meditate on in the stillness?
Join us August 24, 2019 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a day of accessible theology from Bible teacher Amy Gannett and gospel-saturated worship band Sow & Tether. The event will take place at the chapel at St. George’s Independent School (8250 Poplar Avenue), in Germantown, Tennessee.
Tickets are $35 and include the full day of content (3 sessions), a swag bag, digital access to Amy Gannett’s “Learning Sabbath” study, and digital access to The Simple Study Binder tool from S&S co-founder Caroline Saunders.
