Story & Soul Weekend is a weekend retreat for and by women, designed to prioritize Scripture, Stillness, and Sisterhood. Desiring to provide participants with an opportunity to commune with their Creator and His Church, we pray that each woman will leave with her gaze firmly set on things above and lips that cannot help but proclaim, "Look what God has done!"
We serve women and women's ministries in the Memphis, Tennessee area*:
Individuals, small groups, discipleship groups, mothers and daughters, and friends who attend Story & Soul will come away refreshed by the solid scriptural focus, the slow, restful itinerary, and the space to connect with God and one another. Read a few testimonials here!
Ministries who partner with us are able to provide their women with a meaningful, quality, vision-rich retreat without overextending their leaders. (Interested in your women's ministry or group participating in the 2019 retreat? Email us at email@example.com.)
*Hey, if you love what we're doing and live out of town, we'd love for you to travel to us and attend the weekend!

We are SO excited that Colleen Searcy will be coming to Memphis to teach both Saturday sessions! We have no doubt that God will speak through her and use her lively way of teaching and her affection for his word to deeply minister to our hearts. Women love learning from Colleen because she’s engaging, funny, and pairs biblically sound interpretation with helpful application.
Here’s more about Colleen:
She deeply desires to see women anchor their hope in the God of the Bible as they get to know Him through the study of His Word. She serves as Minister to Women at Church at the Cross in Grapevine, Texas, and she speaks at women’s retreats and conferences throughout the year.
Colleen and her husband, Wes, have served in churches together in Florida, Colorado, and Texas for over 20 years. Wes is president of NEXT Worldwide, a mission organization that mobilizes students and adults to plant churches around the world.
She loves being the mom of her two teenage boys, Sam and Tate.
Ashley Fisher has been married to her husband Adam for eleven years and they have four beautiful children. When she is not knee deep in laundry and running the kid shuttle, she enjoys leading worship with her husband, writing for her blog, and sitting down for coffee with close friends.
Christin ensures that the Story & Soul vision is effectively supported by and executed through logistics, materials, and a discipleship focus.
Caroline provides and communicates the vision of Story & Soul and manages original content for the organization. Each year, she shares the meta-narrative of Scripture during one of our sessions.
Megan ensures that the vision of Story & Soul is visually communicated through materials, atmosphere, branding, and social media interactions.
